FOURTHANE conveyor belt repair kits  

•  To Repair conveyor belt longitudinal rips, holes and surface damages.

•  To Repair rubber rollers, cans and other rubber products.

•  Use a hand held buffing machine to buff the surface to be repaired.

•  Clean the repair surface with a clean brush and ensure all rubber dust from buffing is removed.

•   Open the packet of Solid Powder and insert contents into the bottle marked Cleaning Solution.

•  Shake vigorously for a few seconds and then pour a small quantity onto the belt surface. Brush over the entire surface to be repaired.

•  Wait until the entire surface is dry.

•  Pour the contents of the bottle marked Part B completely into the bottle marked Part A.

•  Immediately stir well for 30-60 seconds.

•    After stirring, or, when the can starts to warm up, pour the solution onto the repair area as soon as possible, especially when the ambient temperature is higher than 20°C.

•  After pouring, smooth and level the surface using a scraper. Ensure it is the same level as the mother belt.

•  Allow the solution to dry completely. Depending on the temperature it may take a few hours.

•  Once the surface has hardened, the belt can be put back in to operation.

•  When the temperature is below 0°C, a halogen lamp should be used to heat the surface of the solution.

•  Be sure to stir well to ensure complete curing of the material.

•  Once opened, Part A and Part B must be used immediately.

•  Contents cannot be stored for later use.

•  This product is non-flammable.

•  Material must be stored in a cool dry place.
